The best optimal distance for our system is anywhere from 18in (SIMrange) to 12ft for the projector and camera.

Everything is connected correctly but I don't see a projected image.
  1. On the projector there is a button that says 'input'. This is so you can connect other media devices to the projector. Sometimes this button can get pressed on accident and effect the projected image.
  2. Cycle through the different options until 'Detecting....RGB 1 or Computer 1' comes across.

Note: The VGA connector should be plugged into the back of the projector where is says 'RGB 1 or Computer 1'.

My projector is alerting me that the air filter needs to be cleaned. What do I need to do?
  1. Remove the air filter from the projector. Clean the air filter of any dust and particles and replace the air filter into the projector.
  2. You must reset the filter timer on your projector. You can reset the timer from the projector menu accessed from the buttons on top of your projector. Navigate to Filter Timer
  3. Hold down the right cursor key on the top of your projector for approximately 5 seconds. Select Reset and your time will reset itself to 0 hours.
When calibrating my camera I get a light calibration error.

This usually means that there is too much ambient lighting in the area the system is setup in. In order to fix this please do your best to eliminate all unnecessary lighting and above all no sunlight. Sunlight makes it almost impossible to calibrate the camera and use the system.
