TEXAS A&m - CORPS OF CADETS
The Texas A&M Corps of Cadets is a student-led, military-style organization at Texas A&M University. Established with the university in 1876, it holds the distinction of being the oldest student organization on campus. The Corps of Cadets plays a significant role in shaping the unique spirit and traditions that make Texas A&M special. While participation was originally mandatory, it became voluntary in 1965.
