LE Sales Associate (Remote)

The Law Enforcement (LE) Sales Associate is responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with customers on behalf of the company, actively prospecting for new accounts, and maximizing sales potential with existing customers. As the Sales Associate, you are the primary external representative for our organization; you must convey a sense of expertise in our services and capabilities, as you serve as a key educator to our business accounts. You are a member of the Sales Team and together you are accountable for meeting the monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and sales goals of the company. This position is a remote position.

 

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Communicate effectively with the Sales Director, Sales Support Manager and the Production Team, informing them and updating them regularly to guarantee that sales and client objectives are met.
  • Follow systems and procedures outline in company manuals.
  • Participate as a key player by supporting operations as needed.
  • Assist in developing and implementing contact processes.
  • Prepare reports of business transactions and keep expense accounts
  • Identify prospects, customers and referral sources and develop/maintain relationships to ensure attainment of company business goals.
  • Actively manage short and long term leads from external referral sources to qualify prospects and advance them through the sales process.
  • Effectively present and discuss the products and services of the company to current and prospective customers in a way that conveys an image of quality, integrity and superior understanding and delivery of customers’ needs.
  • Conduct on-site and trade shows presentations to promote the company products and services
  • Develop a call schedule to adequately cover territory and provide reports and data on results.
  • Investigate and resolve customer problems.
  • Strong knowledge of shooting skills and gun handling.

Education:

  • University/College Degree or close to completion of 4-year degree

Experience:

  • 8-10 years of sale experience

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills and a sales aptitude
  • Experience in the simulation industry
  • Law Enforcement/military background
  • Small Arms Training Instructor a plus
  • Must be a self-starter and problem solver
  • Must be able to travel 50% of the time to assigned territory
  • DESIRED REMOTE STATE OF RESIDENCY: New York, Northern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Massachusetts
